To book a ride, you must provide your pick-up location, drop-off location, and preferred pick-up time. We reserve the right to decline a reservation request if it conflicts with our availability.

We expect our passengers to behave in a respectful and courteous manner. We reserve the right to terminate the service if a passenger's behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the provision of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the transportation service.

 

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is prohibited in all of our vehicles.

 

Alcohol and Drug Policy:

Alcohol and drug use is prohibited in all of our vehicles.

 

Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed in our vehicles but must be kept in a carrier or crate.

 

Modification of Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

 

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
